Help Desk Software based on Outlook

We all know its a real pain to deal with yet another application through the day, especially when it comes to dealing with support tickets. This company fully integrates trouble tickets into outlook and exchange. Folks can input trouble tickets right in outlook via a plugin (also on the web), and technicians can respond to and complete tickets right in outlook as well. The interface is decidedly….lets say….retro, but it looks like it gets the job done at a reasonable price.
